Implemented internal foundations, locally verified. Production access and external actions remain unavailable. Worker assertions do not certify completion.
One continuous system
An objective describes what should become true. Work describes a bounded contribution. A Worker produces a result and evidence; an independent Manager evaluates that evidence against approved criteria. A completion claim alone cannot complete Work.
Current foundation
Implemented and locally verified: objectives, internal content Work, durable Workers, capability relationships, management observations and advisory decisions. Available for source review, not offered here as a production-ready service.
Bounded authority
Explicit human approval governs internal execution. The authority foundation records scoped grants; external tools, spending, messaging and deployments remain unavailable. Model instructions cannot expand authority.
