01

The first Wave

Objective → Work → approved assignment → attempt → result and evidence → Manager evaluation. Attempts, reassignment causes and selection snapshots preserve the history behind a decision.

02

Understand demand and capacity

The Tide foundation compares pending Work with declared capabilities and configured Worker capacity. It surfaces dependencies, deficits and priority contention using explicit facts. It does not invent productivity percentages.

03

Keep a human boundary

Recommendations remain advisory. No external integration is enabled. Internal Work acceptance is distinct from an externally verified organizational outcome.

04

Operate within a deliberate scope

Our direction is bounded adoption: a workflow, team, department or business unit within the same organization. Department-level deployment and scope-aware management remain future work.

A future department Manager must not gain control of unrelated budgets, Workers, software, policies or data. Expanding deployment scope must preserve history and require separate, explicit decisions about authority.
