Begin with the desired outcome
An idea becomes useful when success is explicit. A future organizational blueprint can connect outcomes to capabilities, Work Types and roles, then expose the decisions a human must make before operation.
Reusable structure, specific authority
A canonical role describes purpose and expected evidence. Instantiating it as a Worker must still establish tenant ownership, configuration and human-granted authority. A role package will never itself be a credential.
What is next
The Capability Atlas and role contracts are initial foundations. The Company Compiler, Company Builder and automatic organizational composition are vision, not available features.
